The Spice Rack is helping Ms Pepper G is celebrate her birthday with a battle to win a crown and become burlesque royalty. Performers who've performed in Douglas County previously will have a chance to compete to place in one of the following categories:

- Queen of Douglas County (best solo)
- Royal Rendezvous: The Duet of Delight (best duet)
- Majestic Marvel: The Crowd's Crown Jewel (crowd favorite)
- Empress of Excellence (Pepper's choice)
